This is a 1862-1962 Victoria B.C., Canada Centennial Dollar.  This Souvenir Token features the Bastion at Fort Victoria  built by James Douglas on the obverse, and the reverse features a statement about the ability to trade this coin/token for the value of .00 much like many U.S. tokens used to celebrate centennials and other important events in states, or even territories.  This is a beautiful token and will certainly fill a nice void in a token collection.
