5ml of Walnut crystals to make 30ml of Walnut Dip Pen Ink!

Did you ever want to try
walnut ink
?  These are real walnut crystals.  They are used in woodworking to make walnut stain.  They are also used to make
walnut ink
for your dip pens.  (Do not use this ink in your fountain pens.)  Here is a way to try this ink without investing in a large amount of crystals.
Directions:
1.  Add 30ml of hot water (just after a boil let the water sit for a minute) to the crystals in a bottle.  Shake until they dissolve.
2.  Set aside for 30 min.
3.  Write!
4.  Shake the bottle every time you write.
Color can be adjusted by adding more or less hot water.  I am using a 30ml bottle by J. Herbin.
