ACME Model A3D3 Steel Banding Strapping Tensioner Cutter - vintage AS IS

For sale is an Acme Model A3D3 Strapping Tool.
It is used and in need some parts and/or repair.
A black plastic piece on the top has broken off, and the one lever seems to be missing pieces.
Both handles move and seem to actuate the correct parts.
Sold as is.
