Antique German Germany Beer Stein Mug Tankard 1 1/2 L Hand Painted Raised Detail

This listing is for an Antique German Germany Beer Stein Mug Tankard  1 1/2 L  Hand Painted with Raised Detail .
One Central scene with a Dutch Male in Dutch attire with a gun on his shoulder, embracing a female in dutch attire with a one word inscription on top, which I cannot make out.
Two other longer inscriptions , one on each side of center plaque , which I can not read / make out for the most part. If you can, let me know.
Stamp marked "GERMANY" , "1231" & "9" in clay  at base. It is also marked in scribble at base in clay again which resembles "18" or "78" ( see images ) .
Capacity is not marked although I physically measured the capacity to be at 1 1/2 Liters.
It measures 10 3/8 inches in height , 4 11/16 inches widest base diameter, 3 1/16 inches widest top rim diameter  weighing 1396 grams net weight.
Raised detail , hand painted in great detail .
In excellent original antique as shown condition with crazing harmonious to its age. I do not think it has seen use.
There are 3 marks on exterior and 2 dots and a line on interior which seem to be made with a marker .
I can't reach inside well but I tried wiping with alcohol although I don't have a well reach inside the stein. The three on the exterior, one is on top edge of the rim which I was able to remove with alcohol and soft cloth. The two marks on the exterior, on the arm of coat of the male hunter, have for the most part came out with alcohol and soft cloth but some black still remains ( shading ) which I figure is from it penetrating the crazing. I think by repeating , one can further remove these. These two are barely noticeable at the time. Images were taken before attempts to cleanup black markings.
Cream , green , browns , and black in colors .
