    Description

    Beautiful pair of antique opera glasses
    Cream colored Mother of Pearl on the main body and the eye pieces.
    4" wide. Height extends from 2-1/8" to 2-1/2" (Turn the gear to extend eyepieces up and down. The gear is stiff but does work.)
    No damage or missing mother of pearl
    Signed "LEMAIRE PARIS"
    The larger lenses have some sort of haze on the edges which I did not attempt to fix as I only used them as a display piece.
    I had them in my Victorian era living room and they looked lovely displayed behind glass with a beaded purse and gloves--ready for an imaginary night out in times long past.
    Alas no more fancy Victorian collectibles for me as it is now the kids' playroom!
