This hose is designed to withstand extreme underhood temperatures and is ideal for the applications where a higher heat resistance is required. It is manufactured using EPDM rubber and 2-spiral Flexten (Aramid) for superior heat resistance, greater strength, and durability.

A combination of the EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) construction plus 2-spiral Flexten (Aramid) reinforcement gives this hose the strength and resistance to extreme conditions under the hood. EPDM is a quality synthetic rubber that effectively withstands heat, ozone, and chemical coolants. Double-spiral Flexten (Aramid), a heat-resistant and exceptionally strong synthetic fiber, provides extra reinforcement and impact resistance. This blue hose gives a custom look under the hood while delivering miles of worry free service. Every part is built to SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) standards that ensure the safety, quality, and effectiveness of products across the engineering industry.
