Early 1900's United States Steel Supply Strapping & Banding Tensioner Tool.
This is a vintage (or antique) model TA (TA50342L), strapping tool & banding tensioner.
It is used for securing steel straps around loads, often for purposes of transport.
Measurements
7.5" Length
4" Width
This is made of steel and weighs just under 3 pounds. The bottom side is imprinted with Made in USA.
