    Description

We are offering an incised or etched pottery stein that was made around 1900 by the Girmscheid company of Grenzhausen Germany with the mold number 1082. The stein is a 1/2 L and is 8 5/8” tall.
The scene is of two Cavaliers or Landsknecht toasting. This design was originally designed by C. Warth on Mettlach stein number 1932.
The lid is made from pewter. The stein has no chips or cracks. I think that this is a very unusual stein and makes a wonderful addition to any advanced collectors collection.
