PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Sale must be completed within 7 Days of Auction ending otherwise sale is considered Delinquent.  Payment payable to Hariton Machinery Co., Inc.
We accept PayPal, Wire Transfers to our Bank, and Checks.
Although we do accept PayPal we prefer other payment methods
. PayPal only accepted up to ,000.00 USD.  All funds must be received and in our bank account prior to shipping equipment. Please contact us to discuss payment options before bidding. We require two weeks for payment to clear before items is released.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Domestic:            We ship freight collect or Purchaser can pick up at machine’s location.
We are happy to arrange shipping, but trucking company will invoice Purchaser directly.
International:       We are happy to offer assistance for international shipping.
We are willing to load anybody trucks for shipment but remember many carriers require used equipment to be crated prior to shipping. We do not offer crating services for our items.
RETURN POLICY:
All items offered are offered with Specifications Subject to Verification. All items are advertised and offered locally and may be sold prior to the end of the store listing. We do not accept returns.  It is understood and agreed by both Parties that machines are sold on an as is where is basis with no guarantees intended or implied. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that machines are OSHA & EPA certified prior to operation and Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless against any and all claims, actions, or damages relating to these machines. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to verify all specifications & quotations. Every effort is made to ensure descriptions of equipment are accurate, however, customers are encouraged to visit our facility to inspect all items and verify specifications prior to purchasing or making offers. We will do our best to answer any and all questions but please ask all questions prior to making offers or purchasing.
HOLD HARMLESS:
The buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the seller from any and all claims and litigation caused by negligence of buyer, its agents, servants, and employees and those who may acquire said machine from buyer.
IMDEMNIFICATION:
Buyer/Customer/User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims, liabilities or lawsuits arising out of the use of, or in any way involving injury or accident occasioned by said equipment.  Said agreement includes, but is not limited to, the duty to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller in any of the following situations:  Claims involving or alleging improper or negligent design, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, repair, alteration or modification of the equipment by the seller, its agents or employees; claims involving or alleging breach of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or safety of the equipment; claims involving allegations of failure, negligent or otherwise, on the part of Federal, State, or Local Government Statues, Rules  or  regulations, or as is customary in the trade; and claims involving or alleging negligence by seller, either alone or jointly with buyer or any other person, firm or organization.  Buyer/Customer/User specifically agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims alleging negligence on the part of the seller and waives benefit of any laws, rules, or regulations contrary to, or in limitation of, this agreement.  The covenants expressed herein shall be servable, and the invalidity, now or in the future of any of the covenants recited   herein shall not affect the validity of the remaining covenants.  Under no circumstances shall we or any affiliate of ours have any liability whatsoever for the loss of use or for any indirect or consequential damages.
