The Mettlach stein offered is a 1/2 L capacity with a height of 9 3/8” to the top of the fox looking into a bottle figure on the lid. The mold number is 1527. The scene is of a group of men drinking in a bar. This stein has a custom made inlay lid with the metal pewter made by Börnig. There are no cracks or chips on the stein. There are two small chips on the fox’s ears. This stein is a great addition to any advanced collectors collection.
