This is an ornate beer stein that measures approximately 7.5
" in height by 4 ¼" in width. It is a fine example of a beer or ale stein. Highly detailed raised-relief decoration adorns this glazed stoneware stein. Encircling the stein is an embossed, three-dimensional image of 18th Century Kirn,Germany. Written on stein "During the late 18th century, Johann Peter Stroh Served guests at his Kirn, Germany inn, with his legendary fire-brewed beer." The maker of this handsome stein was
exclusively made by Ceramarte Brazil
. This magnificent stein is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is discoloration at the bottom.
