George Safford Parker had been a salesman for the John Holland Gold Pen Company.  He started his own company and received his first fountain pen patent in 1894.  His company was first in sales for most of the period of the 1920's-1960's.
This is a small 2 ounces glass ink jar.  This jar was made by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company with locations in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and California.  This manufacturer was sold in 1962.
This small jar is 2 1/4" around and 2 1/4" tall.  It has a screw top and embossed lettering on the bottom.  It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
