Old Vintage German Half Liter Beer Stein Optimist And Pessimist Pigs Germany

Offered here is a nice German beer stein featuring pigs and a quote in German about an optimist and a pessimist. It translates to - "The optimist is a happy one. The pessimist is a poor one."
It is marked West Germany and is in vintage condition with some minimal wear from age and handling. There is a small chip on the bottom rim - see photos.
It measures about 5 1/8" high, about 4" wide, and about 5.25" wide at yhe handle.
