Used. This lot is in Fair cosmetic condition with LOTS of small scuffs/scratches/dings from prior use. There is lots of wear all the way through the paint on the metal parts.
Notes:
This tool is in good working condition. It pulls, seals, and cuts a strap in automatic or manual modes. The controls respond to user inputs. The battery charger gave all the batteries a flashing green light that went to steady green after several minutes. No other testing was done.
Please NOTE: We cannot guarantee useful life or runtime capacity of these used batteries! No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
