RDX is one of my favourite defensive equipement brands. These are actualy really hard on the surface so beware of that. They hold on the hands really nicely, with some rubberish material on the tips inside for good grip. Theres extra padding inside in the palm area that makes it so your almost holding a ball, great for heavy hitters. These are my favourite pads to use by far.

Like everything about these focus pads. I use them for Sanshou training and they work extremely well. Very comfortable and easy to grip. I actually bought a more expensive pair of leather mitts and didn’t like them nearly as much as these. I have RDX shin guards and MMA gloves and they are also fantastic products. Have used them for over a year, 4 days a week and they sill do the job.
