The 6580-00164, also referred to as the 6580-164, from Rochester Gauges is a senior, fixed length direct-read gauge designed to fit many vintage Boston Whalers including those with the 63 gallon Florida Marine Tank. This gauge is manufactured for us by special order and it comes as it was originally designed along with (4) 1⁄4"-28 x 9⁄16" mounting bolts and a Buna-N gasket.  The original aluminum bezel dial, P/N 5002S00062 aka Dial No. 5-62,

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Some Boston Whalers have a flange for the fuel gauge that is not threaded.  Instead, it requires the gauge to be mounted with bolts and nylon lock nuts.  Because of this design, we added a Boston Whaler Bolt Kit (P/N: BK-1) to our product offering.  It includes (4) 1/4"-28 x 7/8" bolts and (4) 1/4"-28 nyloc nuts, with all parts being high-quality zinc plated steel.
