Here is a
used, good-working heavy duty , older USA made Stanley 1-1/4" steel banding crimp tool, side action sealer type.  It will work with .025 to .035" closed style steel tensile clamps.
This is for 1-1/4" wide band crimps/seals.   I am including 25 of those seal clamps with this. (McMaster group 9, #14595T13 or U-Line S-6430) ).  It crimps good and I crimped a band/seal so you can see how it crimps both sides in the photos.  works great.  Note: This one doesn't have the rubber handles on it, you can use it as it is or glue on your own rubber handles, foam insulation, etc....should you wish too.  Tool is 21-1/4" long overall.
