Up on the auction block is a very cool pair of late 1920's early 1930's Goldsmith
leather shoulder pads! As the photos show, they are in very good condition with only light signs of game use

ee all photos for condition)
. There is a little bit of ink on one of the pads but it is nothing major.
The leather is soft and supple and has a nice look.
The patina is 100% worn original!
No dyes, colored polishes, or coloring of any kind used. All of the pads are firmly attached and are in great shape. It has what appears to be the original draw strings with leather FOB. All of the adjustable straps and under arm straps are present and are solid. Marked on the front of the pads is the Goldsmith makers logo along with FRONT, the model #33 and a patent number that dates to August 30, 1927. The wool padding on the underside has some wear but is still there and is in good shape. The pads are a little on the smaller side. We would guess large youth. They measure "21 long X 18" wide when laid out completely flat.

is not included.
