Vintage Audemair Paris Chas Casper NY Opera Glasses (Duel Fighting Men)

Description

Working Condition. Age issues such as metal discolorations/rusts, residue, loss of surface paint, wears, small metal bents, and light stress on lenses. Focus wheel turns, not rigid. Some small metal bents on the outer rims. Mother of pearl inlay on the eye pieces. Did not see any obvious cracks or hairlines on the glass lenses. There are some green rusts on the decorations as well as on the inner walls of the tubes.
Relief decorations of men, dueling or fighting. Circa: 20th century, France.
