vintage binoculars 8x - unknow make - may be war related?

Description

These have seen better days.  The name is no longer litigable. they do indicate 8x - but that is all I can read.  You may know the make by the pictures.  This was purchased in an auction as part of a war collection lot. I have looked  through them and  they seem to function well.  Carrying case is no  better, the lid has been ripped off. Not  asking  a lot - may be rare find
