This is a Hickory Farms Stainless Steel Cheese Blade that is a vintage utensil and is a Product of Sweden.  It is in the original box but does not have a date on the box.  The slicer has a nice wood handle.  It does have stainless steel imprinted on the metal and some other marking that may be a Hickory Farm mark or maybe something Sweden put on.  I can't make it out.
