Vintage Higgins #4465 Black India ink/plastic bottle issues has ink - a true original plastic bottle.
ISSUES: no box, ink smears on bottle, does have ink, I gauged the bottle with a piece of tubing, Measures approximately one inch (1") which I consider full-please view pictures.
I PURCHASED THIS INK WELL OVER 40 + YEARS AGO, WHEN I WAS IN THE U.S. ARMY, BOUGHT IN THE ARMY PX STORE IN THE EARLY 60s'
THIS ITEM IS MADE OF GLASS WAY BACK WHEN IT MADE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY YOU SOLD YOUR GOODS.
