VINTAGE OR ANTIQUE LEATHER CAVALRY RIDING BOOTS PEAL & CO ENGLAND EARLY 1900s

Description

Vintage or antique English made Peal & Co leather cavalry style, riding or adventure boots. Just like the boots worn in the Mummy or countless other African adventure movies.
These are well worn.
One heel is completely missing.
The tag was found inside the boot, along with lots of nice old American newspaper stuffing from the 1940s.
These are most likely from the early 1900s to pre WWII era.
Could be private purchase US Cavalry officer boots as well, possibly Mexican Punitive Campaign etc.
No idea.
These could be worn however I would not recommend it, they are intact, and could be brought back to life with a generous helping of Piccard’s Leather Dressing. Best for a display or collection.
These have no size indicated.
I would think that they are a size 9 or 10 US men’s.

They are 11.25 inches long and 4 inches wide at the widest point, and 19 inches tall.
