    GERMAN SALTGLAZED COBALT WINE DECANTER C pre-1900
    This is a nice old saltglazed stoneware wine decanter from Germany.
    It has a nice relief design with cobalt glaze.
    It has a relief design with a town shield from Langenburg.
    There is a cherub at the top of the design.
    It is incised with a number or mark in the bottom.
    It measures 10-1/2" tall  X 6" wide X 2-1/2" deep.
    There is a small chip in the bottom edge as shown in the photos.
    This is an unusual piece and fits well in a stein or wine collection.
