    Description

    Welcome.
    This is the first time I have see a vintage Rawlings hand painted drinking glass, so I do not have any history on it.  It has a gold and black football player in a vintage football suit.  The football suit design looks like the 1930's,1940's, or 1950's.
    Glass measures 5 1/8" tall x 2 3/4" wide at the top.
    Says:  RAWLINGS R5 ORIGINAL on gold and black football and on bottom gold band with black lettering says:  ' THE FINEST IN THE FIELD".  Also has "X" and "O" game play design with lines in black.
    There is some old and black paint loss here and there, but nothing serious.  Zoom in on all photos to see.  Other than that, I find no chips, cracks, etc.
    A really great Rawlings sports display piece.
    If anyone knows anything about this glass, please feel free to educate me.
