Vintage Thewalt Pottery Beer Stein West Germany Blue Gray Couple Dancing
This is a vintage Thewalt pottery beer stein from West Germany.
The blue and gray stein measures approximately 5.75" tall, 3.25" in diameter, and 4.5" wide including the handle. On the side is an image of a couple dancing and the words Ein trunk beim tanz in Ehren, Den wird dir niemand wehre. Loosely translated it reads "Honoring a drink while dancing, Nobody will stop you."
On the bottom of the stein it reads Western Germany original mold year 1894 and has the Thewalt triangle mark.
This stein is in very good pre-owned condition and would make a nice addition to a collection.
