Vintage Puzzle Stein - Trick Beer Mug by Gerold Porzellan Germany with Wild Boar Design
and a Nude Lithophane in the bottom of the stein.
Stands 7 1/4 inches tall to the top of the handle. Excellent condition no chips, cracks or damage.

uzzle Stein has a porcelain body several holes go through the top part of the stein body and the along the lip rim and handle. The only way to drink from this stein without dribbling is to:
Hold the stein with your left hand and cover the hole underneath the handle with a finger.
There is another hole inside the mug at the base of the handle. The handle is hollow and works like a straw.  Liquid passes through the handle and to the first hole on the lip rim.
The drinker needs to suck the drink through the hole instead of tilting and pouring the liquid up
to the mouth of the stein.
When tipped and held to the light, a nude woman appears in the porcelain bottom of the stein.
