Vintage ~HIGGINS ~ Black American 403 DRAWING INK In Glass Bottle

Description

This is a very old glass bottle of drawing ink. The top rubber is soft. The ink is still liquid inside. I never opened it for fear of damage. I would guess this is at least 3/4 full.
