Vtg Signode ST Steel Strapping Tensioner Tool Size 3/8" to 3/4"We recently acquired several tools for strapping banding, sealing mostly metal banding but some plastic. NOTE: we know nothing about using this type of tool. We got them in a deal from a company that no longer had use for them. We were told that they were working when the department closed. Unless noted in add we are selling item as a usable tool.
May need a little cleaning as removed. Shows normal wear.
