Description

Makiwara is a universal design for practicing strikes, stuffing of shock surfaces, used in contact martial arts. The correct rigidity of the spring board will help you build up your technique and the bang. Two levels allows you to work out blows at different heights (head, body). Conveniently mounted on the wall at the required level, can also be fitted to the pole, wood, the Swedish ladder and other objects with the help of belts, ropes.
